<li>Cardiac problems including cardiomyopathy (or an enlarged heart); altered heart rate or heart rhythm abnormalities, or cardiac arrest</li>
<li>Esophagus enlargement or increasing size of the large bowel causing difficulties with swallowing or severe constipation</li>
